Ms. Thornton,
I has come to my attention that S Raynor has not had home instruction for six weeks.
As standard procedure, there must follow up weekly and lesson plans be submitted to the home instructor. All written communication to teachers, home instructor must be cc;'ed to me and Ms. Harris. 
Please reach out to the teachers and the home instructor so that we can get S.R. back on home instruction.
